About Leigh Foster

I’ve been helping organisations both large and small at senior level for more than 25years, and when I say helping I mean for example

  • Delivering against time critical assignments, and managing complexity
  • Designing and deploying sales and marketing strategies with international sales staff
  • Developing business plans and deploying these within organisations – large and small
  • Integrating acquisitions with existing company businesses

To enable me to operate across a wide range of industries and roles I focussed on tools that would assist the process of business modelling and business process design and mapping, with tools that actually deliver for small and medium sized organisations and many of these are included within this website

I have tried not to become classified as an industry specific, function specific interim but to address business issues across a wide range of industries and across a large range of job responsibilities by applying my solid experience and the “know how” gained from a pedigree within the corporate world combined with experience gained getting results in small and medium sized organisations.
