Background

Leigh Foster is an internationally experienced Director, with more than 20 years experience of working as Managing Director of Blue Chip companies such as Siemens.

A solid background in engineering with a first degree in electronics and control systems. Following which he focussed on Management of technology businesses specialising in development of high performance teams.

Worked for The Dunlop Company, Babcock International, and then MD of Redler Ltd, N.G.Bailey and Siemens businesses, before undertaking a career in Interim Management.

Successful in building businesses to become both market leaders and profitable. Has turned around dysfunctional boards of directors, created order books from a standing start which included major contracts from blue chip companies in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical & Chemical, Manufacturing, Metals, and IT & Digital industries, and has most recently been involved in the provision of technology solutions in the financial services and Local Government sectors.
